I experienced a time of loneliness and isolation, and it was crushing.

After a few years, I slowly began to piece together the mindset and steps needed to make and keep a group of enduring friends.

Authentic friendships are essential, and I’m passionate about every single person creating a circle of friends.

I’m eager to share what I’ve learned with you.

Why Create a Circle of Friends?

Diet and exercise are only part of the story.

Research is proving that authentic social connections are necessary for a healthy lifestyle. Loneliness and isolation are risk factors for increased morbidity and mortality.

We are made to share life with others, and I’m passionate about teaching and encouraging the intentional creation of enduring friendships to last a lifetime.
